4 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced into rounds

2 large ripe tomatoes, diced into bite-sized pieces

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking.

    Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and finely chopped onion. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and season generously with salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and optional red pepper flakes for a touch of spice.
