1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (for a vegan option)

1/2 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese for an added creamy texture

In a large mixing bowl, carefully combine the diced avocados, mango, red onion, bell pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes. Gently toss the ingredients together using a spatula, taking care not to mash the avocados.

    In a separate smaller bowl, whisk the lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, honey (or agave syrup), chili powder, salt, and pepper together until the mixture is well blended and creamy.
