Ingredients

4 large tortillas (choose whole wheat or spinach for a flavorful twist)

2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (or substitute with tofu for a vegetarian option)

½ cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (adjust according to your heat preference)

½ teaspoon chili powder

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

A handful of fresh arugula or spinach for crunch

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, sriracha sauce, chili powder, and ground cinnamon. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to your taste, creating a sweet and spicy spread.

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean, dry surface. Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread a generous layer of the sweet and spicy cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, making sure to leave a small border around the edges to prevent spillage.

In the center of the tortilla, place a handful of fresh arugula or spinach. Layer this with the sliced peaches followed by the shredded chicken or tofu, ensuring an even distribution for balanced flavor in each bite.

To wrap, fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling. Begin rolling the tortilla tightly from the bottom upwards to create a secure wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

For a warm and crispy finish, preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps in the skillet, toasting each side for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and slightly crispy to the touch.

Once toasted, carefully slice each wrap in half diagonally using a sharp knife. Serve the wraps immediately, garnishing with extra peach slices or a light drizzle of honey for an appealing touch.
