Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced finely

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon onion powder

4 cups beef broth

12 oz rotini pasta

1 cup ranch dressing

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen peas (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Brown the Beef: In a large pot over medium heat, combine the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and the onions become translucent, about 5-7 minutes. If there is excess fat, drain it carefully.

Season: Once the beef is browned, add the salt, black pepper, paprika, dried parsley, and onion powder. Stir well to incorporate the spices, cooking for an additional minute to allow the flavors to meld together.

Add Broth and Pasta: Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the rotini pasta. Mix well, then reduce the heat to medium-low so that it simmers gently.

Simmer: Cover the pot and allow the pasta to cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Mix in Ranch and Cheese: Remove the pot from heat. Stir in the ranch dressing and shredded sharp cheddar cheese, mixing until the cheese is fully melted and everything is well blended. If you are including peas, fold them in at this point for added color and nutrition.

Serve: Scoop the creamy beef and cheddar ranch pasta into individual bowls. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley to add a vibrant touch.

Enjoy: Serve hot and savor this comforting, one-pot meal that’s bursting with flavor and satisfaction!
