2 cans (5 oz each) of wild-caught tuna, drained

1 medium ripe avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

1 small jalapeño, minced (optional for heat)

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 cups mixed greens (such as spinach, arugula, and romaine)

½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained (optional)

½ cup corn (fresh or canned) (optional)

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna with the juice of 2 limes, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
