2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

Fresh spinach or lettuce leaves, for wrapping

Prepare the Chicken: If your chicken breast is not pre-cooked, grill or boil it until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C). Once cooked, allow it to cool slightly before shredding or dicing it into bite-sized pieces.

    Make the Dressing: In a spacious mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, optional mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth, creating a creamy dressing.
