1 lb (450g) Italian sausages (choose sweet or spicy based on your preference)

2 cups zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup corn kernels (can be fresh, frozen, or canned, depending on availability)

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder
