Grilled Chicken Caesar Lettuce Wraps

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

8 large Romaine lettuce leaves, separated and rinsed

1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup croutons (optional, for added crunch)

Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish (optional)

Lemon wedges, for serving

Prepare the Chicken: Begin by preheating your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, ensuring it's nice and hot for even cooking. While the grill heats up, brush both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil. Generously season each breast with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

    Grill the Chicken: Once your grill is ready, carefully place the seasoned chicken breasts onto it. Grill for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Once done, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest on a cutting board for about 5 minutes to retain its juices.

      Assemble Lettuce Wraps: While the chicken is resting, prepare the Romaine lettuce leaves by washing them thoroughly and gently patting them dry with a paper towel. On each lettuce leaf, add a generous drizzle of Caesar dressing, ensuring a good coat for flavor.
