4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups fresh spinach

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon paprika

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by rinsing the tilapia fillets under cold running water. Gently pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and paprika for an added kick of flavor.

    Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Once the butter starts to bubble, carefully add the minced garlic. Sauté for approximately 30 seconds, just until fragrant, ensuring you don’t let it brown as it can become bitter.

      Cook the Tilapia: Place the seasoned tilapia fillets into the skillet gently, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes without moving them, allowing the bottom to turn a lovely golden brown.
