2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled to room temperature)

1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for added crunch)

1/4 cup crushed walnuts or almonds (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, cooled brewed coffee, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt until the mixture is smooth and fully blended. Set aside for later use.

    Mix the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk. Use a spatula or whisk to blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add the vanilla extract and continue mixing until thoroughly combined.

      Create the First Layer: Pour half of the yogurt mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish or any similarly-sized container. Drizzle half of the prepared coffee mixture over the yogurt base. With a knife or toothpick, gently swirl the two mixtures together to create a beautiful marbled effect.

        Layer and Swirl Again: Pour in the remaining yogurt mixture and top with the rest of the coffee mixture. Swirl again using a knife or toothpick to create an appealing pattern. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed nuts over the top to add texture.
