Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup fresh or thawed frozen cranberries

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust according to your desired sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

A pinch of salt

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and applesauce. Add the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. If you’re using cinnamon, add it now. Stir the mixture well until it achieves a smooth and creamy consistency.

Gently fold in the cranberries into the yogurt mixture. Ensure the cranberries are evenly distributed for a delightful burst of flavor in each bite.

Carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle molds. Leave a small gap at the top of each mold, as the mixture will expand slightly as it freezes.

Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds, making sure they are positioned upright and centered to avoid any tilting.

Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or until they are completely solid.

When ready to enjoy, release the popsicles by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to remove the popsicles from their molds.

Serve the popsicles immediately for a refreshing treat, or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, where they will keep for up to two weeks.
