Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, pitted and diced

1 cup Greek yogurt (choose plain or vanilla based on preference)

1 cup fresh raspberries (or thawed frozen raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust according to sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Peach Puree:

    - In a blender or food processor, combine the diced peaches, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a smooth consistency. Taste the puree and adjust the sweetness if necessary. Set aside the puree.

      Make the Raspberry Swirl:

        - In a medium bowl, use a fork to gently mash the raspberries until they are broken down yet still retain a bit of texture. If desired, add a touch of honey or maple syrup for additional sweetness.

          Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:

            - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until the ingredients are well combined and smooth.

              Assemble the Popsicles:

                - Begin by spooning a layer of peach puree into each popsicle mold, filling it approximately one-third of the way.

                  - Next, add a layer of the yogurt mixture, again filling about another third of the mold.

                    - Finally, top each mold with the raspberry mixture, swirling it gently with a skewer or toothpick to create a beautiful marbled effect.

                      Freeze:

                        - Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and place the molds in the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely solid.

                          Serve:

                            - To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Carefully pull them out and savor these delightful summer treats!

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 6 popsicles

Presentation Tips: Serve the popsicles on a colorful platter and garnish with fresh peach slices or mint leaves for an added touch of summer vibrance!
