Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (either full-fat or low-fat)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust according to your preferred sweetness)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (choose from fresh or slightly thawed frozen blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)

1/4 cup granola or crushed nuts (optional, for added texture)

Silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin molds

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Use a whisk to blend the ingredients smoothly until homogeneous. Taste the mixture to ensure it meets your desired sweetness, adjusting with more honey or syrup if needed.

Add the Berries: Carefully fold in the mixed berries using a spatula, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture. If you're using frozen berries, make sure they are partially thawed and drained of excess liquid to maintain the yogurt's consistency.

Fill the Molds: Using a spoon, fill each cavity of the silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin molds with the yogurt and berry mixture, leaving a tiny bit of space at the top. For an extra crunch, sprinkle a small amount of granola or crushed nuts on top of each filled cavity.

Freeze: Transfer the filled molds to the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until they are solid throughout.

Serve: Once completely frozen, gently remove the yogurt bombs from the molds. If they resist coming out, run the bottom of the mold under warm water for a few seconds to help loosen them.

Enjoy: Serve your Berry Blast Frozen Greek Yogurt Bombs immediately for a delightful and refreshing snack or dessert! For any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the freezer for future enjoyment.
