½ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

¼ cup almond flour

¼ cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh coconut flakes for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Mixture: Start by taking a large mixing bowl. Add the coconut yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Use a whisk or spoon to blend these ingredients together until smooth and uniform.

    Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together the rolled oats, shredded coconut, almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
