1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips

1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips

1 medium onion, sliced

4 large flour tortillas

1 ripe avocado, mashed until smooth

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, finely chopped (for garnish)

Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional, for serving)

Sliced jalapeños (optional, for extra spice)

Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken with olive oil, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
