Ingredients

1 cup (200g) dark chocolate chips

1 cup (240ml) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, cut into small cubes

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

15 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup (75g) mini marshmallows

1/2 cup (90g) white chocolate chips

Instructions

Prep the Pan: Begin by preparing an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square baking pan. Line it with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang on two sides. This will make it easier to lift the fudge out later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.

Melt the Base: In a medium saucepan, over low heat, combine the dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and cubed unsalted butter. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes or until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Make sure to keep a close eye to avoid burning.

Add Flavor: Once melted, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract until well incorporated into the mixture.

Incorporate Oreos & Marshmallows: Gently fold the crushed Oreo cookies and mini marshmallows into the melted fudge mix. Ensure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture for uniform flavor in every bite.

Transfer to Pan: Carefully pour the fudge mixture into the lined baking pan. Using a spatula, spread it evenly into the corners, smoothing out the surface.

Swirl in White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth. Drizzle this melted white chocolate over the fudge. Use a toothpick or small knife to swirl it into the fudge, creating a beautiful marbled effect.

Top with Crushed Oreos: Sprinkle additional crushed Oreo cookies over the top of the fudge, pressing them down gently to help them adhere to the surface.

Chill to Set: Place the baking pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm. If you're short on time, you can speed up the process by placing it in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes.

Slice and Serve: Once the fudge is set, use the overhanging parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Transfer it to a cutting board and slice into squares or rectangles.

Enjoy: Indulge in these rich and creamy fudge squares with family and friends, or savor each bite for yourself!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes | Servings: 16 squares

Presentation Tips: Serve the fudge squares on a decorative plate with a few whole Oreo cookies arranged around them for an inviting and festive appearance. For an extra touch, drizzle some melted white chocolate over the squares just before serving.
