14 oz extra-firm tofu, pressed and drained

1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika, for a hint of smokiness

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour for a gluten-free option)

1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk (such as almond or soy milk)

2 tbsp olive oil or a light cooking spray

Prepare the Tofu: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Carefully cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch by 2-inch rectangles, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking.
