2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Red pepper flakes, for a spicy finish (optional)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until they reach an al dente texture. Once cooked, drain the tortellini and set them aside in a colander.
