1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped into florets

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

½ teaspoon of smoked paprika

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

½ cup of cream cheese, softened to room temperature

¼ cup of Greek yogurt (or substitute with sour cream for a creamier flavor)

¼ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives (for garnish)

Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes (for a spicy kick)

Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
