2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt for a rich texture

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon sugar (optional for slight sweetness)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 red onion, finely diced (optional for added flavor)

1/4 cup toasted walnuts or pecans, roughly chopped (optional for added crunch)
