1 cup heavy whipping cream

¼ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

      Mix Sugars and Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Use an electric mixer set to medium speed to mix these ingredients until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
