Prep the Kiwis: Start by peeling each kiwi carefully and slicing them into thick rounds, about 1/2 inch thick. Aim for approximately 10-12 slices, depending on the size of the kiwis you've chosen.

    Freeze the Kiwi Slices: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the kiwi slices in a single layer on the sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap. Freeze the slices for about 1 hour, or until they are completely frozen solid.

      Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the coconut oil. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring well in between, until it becomes smooth and fully melted, with no lumps remaining.

        Prepare for Dipping: Take the frozen kiwi slices out of the freezer. To facilitate dipping, insert a skewer or toothpick into each slice, ensuring it is secure yet easy to handle.
