Ingredients

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (choose store-bought or make your own)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup croutons (optional, for extra crunch)

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for cooking

Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). The exterior should have a nice golden-brown color. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes to cool slightly.

Slice the Chicken: After the chicken has had a chance to cool, slice it into thin strips to make it easy to incorporate into the wrap.

Make the Wrap Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons (if using). Use a pair of tongs or a large spoon to toss the mixture thoroughly, ensuring all ingredients are evenly coated in the dressing.

Assemble the Wraps: Take a tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the lower half of the tortilla. Fold the sides inwards, then carefully roll the tortilla from the bottom up, tucking in the filling as you go, until it forms a tight wrap. Repeat this assembly process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

Serve: To serve, cut each wrap in half diagonally for presentation. Arrange the wraps on a platter and serve with fresh lemon wedges on the side to add a zesty kick. For those who enjoy more flavor, consider offering extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
