0.0as neededcooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure it's hot and ready for your delicious egg cups.
Prepare the Muffin Tin: Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil. This will help prevent the egg cups from sticking.
Cook the Bacon: If you haven't already cooked the bacon, fry it until crispy in a skillet over medium heat. Once cooked, remove from the heat and let it drain on paper towels before crumbling into pieces.
Mix the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
Add Ingredients: Stir in the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture, ensuring everything is evenly distributed.
Fill the Muffin Tin: Pour the egg mixture evenly into each of the prepared muffin cups, filling them about 0.75 full. This allows room for the eggs to rise as they cook.
Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 16.5 minutes, or until the egg cups are puffed and set in the center.
Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the egg cups cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Carefully run a knife around the edges and pop them out. Serve warm.
Optional Garnish: For an extra touch, you can sprinkle more cheese or fresh herbs like parsley or chives on top before serving. Enjoy!
