Ingredients

For the Chicken:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (use rotisserie chicken for convenience)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust according to your preferred spice level)

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Ranch Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Fresh chives, finely chopped (for garnish)

For the Biscuits:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

3/4 cup buttermilk (or substitute with milk + vinegar)

For Assembling:

Sliced pickles (optional, for a crunchy addition)

Shredded lettuce (optional, for freshness)

12 small slider-sized biscuit rounds (prepared from the biscuit recipe or store-bought)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir the mixture until the chicken is evenly coated and heated through. Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside.

      Make the Ranch Sauce:

        - In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and lemon juice. Whisk these ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Cover and set aside for flavors to blend.

          Bake the Biscuits:

            - Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Next, using a pastry cutter or your fingertips, cut the cold cubed butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

              - Create a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the buttermilk. Gently stir with a spoon until just combined; avoid overmixing.

                - Transfer the dough to a floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it comes together. Pat or roll the dough to approximately 1-inch thickness.

                  - Use a small round cutter to cut out 12 biscuit rounds. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

                    Assemble the Sliders:

                      - Once the biscuits are baked and slightly cooled, slice each biscuit in half horizontally. Generously spread a layer of ranch sauce on the bottom half of each biscuit.

                        - Spoon a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture onto each biscuit bottom. If desired, top with a slice of pickles and a handful of shredded lettuce for added flavor and crunch. Finally, place the top half of the biscuit onto each slider.

                          Serve and Enjoy:

                            - Arrange the sliders on a serving platter. For a fun touch, place additional ranch sauce in a small bowl on the side for dipping. Enjoy your Buffalo Bliss Chicken and Ranch Biscuit Sliders!
