2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

For the Cream Filling:

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For Garnish:

Additional apple slices

A sprinkle of cinnamon

Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

Make the Crepes:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

      - Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a small amount of butter.

        - Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the skillet, swirling it to evenly coat the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges begin to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Carefully flip the crepe and cook for an additional minute on the other side.

          - Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat the process with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes as you go. You should yield about 12 crepes in total.

            Prepare the Apple Filling:

              - In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the sliced apples, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender and fragrant. Remove from heat and let the apple filling cool slightly.

                Make the Cream Filling:

                  - In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon together until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3-5 minutes.

                    Assemble the Cake:

                      - Place one crepe on a serving plate. Spread a generous layer of the cream filling on top, followed by a layer of the apple filling. Repeat this process with the remaining crepes, alternating layers of cream and apple filling. Once all layers are stacked, finish with a final crepe topped with a lavish layer of cream filling.

                        Chill and Serve:

                          - Cover the assembled crepe cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow it to set. Before serving, garnish the top with additional apple slices and a light sprinkle of cinnamon. For an indulgent touch, add dollops of whipped cream around the plate.

Enjoy your delightful and layered Apple Cinnamon Crepe Cake as a luxurious dessert perfect for any occasion!
