1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional: 1/4 cup shredded coconut or finely chopped nuts for added texture

Combine Wet Ingredients: In a spacious mixing bowl, add the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Using a spatula or whisk, mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and cohesive.

    Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Introduce the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and sea salt to the wet mixture. Stir gently but firmly with a spatula or wooden spoon until all ingredients are evenly combined, ensuring no dry bits remain.

      Add Chocolate and Textures: Carefully fold in the dark chocolate chips, adding the shredded coconut or chopped nuts at this stage if you choose to include them. Mix until the chips and any extras are well-distributed throughout the mixture.
